Yesterday, after coming home from work, Renata decided to join me for my run. So we took both Yara and Athos and originally planned to run one of our standard routes however ending up in the woods we began taking new routes and extending the distance as Renata wanted to conquer the 10K challenge I started the previous day. I was up to it and both Athos and Yara were running as usually (wildly) throughout the woods, sniffing here and catching up there, while our route took us up and down hill.

 

After finishing the 10K with roughly 200+ meters, Renata set her challenge to the next five nominees before we began walking home, Athos and Yara exhausted and my legs slightly burning. At home I felt like drinking a shake and as Tim does it frequently I figured why not make one as well.

I ended up dicing an apple, a banana, adding an ice cube, some carrot juice and ice cold water. In less than 3min we had a delicious shake (more smoothie than shake), with bits of apple, similar to orange juice with pulp. Refreshing and vitalizing for the next challenge.

On top a delicious and easy salad! Hustle and conquer!
