I love cooking, especially on weekends when there is no pressure to get things done hastily. However, I often hear people speak on how tedious it can be to cook during the work week and how time consuming it can be. I disagree. Renata and I cook at least 3 out of our five working days and we often “speed cook.” The remainder of the two days will be salads, sandwiches and the such.

Speed cooking is nothing more than cooking quickly and its fun, easy and healthy (mostly). We are going to begin a series and section on nutrition and give you guys some insights to our nutrition and eating habits, a vital part of conquering yourself, so perhaps you can hit your local produce store and carve out 20min to do some quick and fresh cooking. Trust us – its delicious!
