This week has been a fantastic week when it comes to mountain biking. In total I did 4 runs varying from 6 to 53km. The trail pictured below with 42.93KM is probably around 64km. My phone tracking died but I rebuilt the route with google maps.
Officially I racked in 125.82KM this week. Inofficially – 147+KM. That is quite decent. I currently want to push this on the riding, before I try to get back into swimming and running in preparation for this years triathlon which 2 good friends and I have committed too.
I have kept ca 98KG these past two weeks, dropping from 103KG after returning from a short break 2 weeks ago over Easter. Goal is 95KG and a drop of another 8% body fat before putting on the running shoes. Aside from the mindset both Renata and I have committed to eating less meat and focusing again on our intake and food consumption.
Lets keep hustling. So much to do, so little time to do it.
