Sunday is my first day of the week. That’s why I love Monday’s. I’m roughly 30% through my week by Monday evening.
For most people Monday is a dreadful day. Their first day of the week. Back to the 9-5 grind. How sad.
However on Sunday I also get to get back to training. Saturday is my off day, but I always have this twitch to burn my body.
We went climbing Saturday for nearly 3 hours – as long as Jayden allowed us as he was sleeping. So going back to the gym today was rough. I really felt the muscles in the arms and my upper back. But there are no excuses to not push harder. The goal is to be better than yesterday.
